And our employees are trained to do what is right every time. If the problem is a result of something the carrier has done, then we expect the carrier to help us correct the problem. If, however, the problem arises because of something the customer has done or Gorilla has done, then we take care of the carrier in the right way, regardless of how the customer approaches the problem.
